Why are the animal names printed on the back instead of the front?

At the young age that this two-piece puzzle is intended for, the child is not yet reading and the printed word would serve as a distraction.

Is this a good first puzzle for a child?

Our Safari Animal Puzzles are a great first jigsaw puzzle for a child. However, if it's your little one's very first puzzle of any kind, we recommend starting with our Single Shape Puzzles.

Should I show my toddler how to do this puzzle or just let them have at it?

We recommend presenting each animal puzzle in its frame to your child. Then, demonstrate removing and replacing each piece back into the frame to model the actions for your child.

These are high quality puzzles to add to your little one's toy collection! I was so excited to bring these out for my daughter and she loves playing with them. Highly recommended and the best part is that the animals look very real!

Awesome product

My two grandchildren love these animal blocks. They are learning the names of the animals and enjoy playing with them. They are well made and I believe they will hold up to the test of time. Recommended!

Good puzzles

There are 4 puzzles consisting of 2 pieces each. The depictions are very life-like. The pieces are chunky and smooth, very easy to pick up. These are good for anyone who needs easy puzzles. Well made good quality puzzles.

Great quality, perfect introduction to multiple piece puzzles

I had been looking at purchasing these puzzles for my toddler, and the following week I actually won them in a giveaway on instagram through an affiliate's site! My kiddo had seemed to be getting the hang of single piece puzzles so I was looking for something that was a little more challenging but wouldn't overwhelm her. These are perfect. They are easy for her to grasp and manipulate due to their chunky size, and the multiple puzzles give her the chance to practice matching as well. Had I not won them, I would've happily purchased them myself - the price is very reasonable and I know with the quality, they will last a long time!
